Prices and payments

We accept ;  pay pal, Mcb juice, wire transfer, visa, master card, myT money. Please see www.paypal.com for information on Paypal payments.

Purchasing of products, delivery time and in-store pick up is subjected to availability of the ordered products. nirajmobile.mu held no responsibility for late postal delays. When placing an order at our website you undertake that all details you provide to us  is accurate and true, and that you are the authorize user of the credit card or debit card used to place the order. Prices of any goods may fluctuate without notice depending on suppliers.. Our website are continuously being updated. Our stores may run promotions from time to time, or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in stores.

Once you place your order, a confirmation e-mail  will be sent to you.. A second mail will follow confirming availability or any other product alternative and modes of payment.. Once you make payment  we will contact you for delivery or in-store pick up..

nirajmobile.mu  reserves the right to refuse an order resulting from the following

• The ordered product is out of stock
• Payment not received
• Or we suspect fraudulent activity

We will contact you if any problem arise with your order.

Niraj Mobile  return policy and warranty

You are requested to properly check and cross-check your product during delivery or in-store pick up before you sign the delivery sheet.

New  defective  / malfunctioning product return.

Any malfunctioning new product may be exchanged or returned for refund with original packaging as per condition listed below –

nirajmobile.mu reserve the rights to not accept any return or exchange if the product is not in the same condition delivered to you, means that the product in the original carton or packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. You have a delay of 10 days to inform and bring the product to us. All items sold by nirajmobile.mu are solely warranted by our local distributors. Any electronic item under warranty coverage requires repairs or check-up will be sent to our distributor for service. We are not responsible if the supplier / distributor fails to perform warranty service.. The respective supplier name and contact number will be provided to you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed on every product we sell, however if you need help or need to return an item we are here to help you.

Nirajmobile.mu will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damage from the sale and usage of any electronic item purchase from us. Nirajmobile.mu liability is limited to the monetary value of the goods.

Hire purchase guide and agreement

Do you need a new mobile, a new refrigerator… or a computer for your child’s  education needs… or even a new television. Nirajmobile.mu provides you credit facility.

A very easy and convenient application process is made available for you. Select the product you need, we e-mail you a quotation. Submit us all the required documents listed below, after checking your eligibility we finalize your purchase. Once your application is approved, you will need -if necessary to come to one of our shop for signature.

Documents required for hire purchase.      

For employed person

• National identity card (front and back)
• Proof of address – CEB/Testimonial, CWA, Mauritius Telecom (not older than 3 months)
• Latest payslip or  bank statement (for six last months)

For self employed 

• National identity card (front and back)
• Proof of address – CEB / CWA / Mauritius telecom (not older than 3 months)
• Business registration card
• Vat certificate (where applicable)
• Trade license / permit
• PSV license (where applicable)
• Bank statement (last six months)
• Latest MRA return / Financial statement

For Pensioner 

• National identity card (front and back)
• Proof address – CEB / CWA / Mauritius Telecom (not older than 3 months)
• Bank statement (last 6 months)
• Pension card quotation

Facebook contest and participation conditions
