Daiwa Legalis Jigging Rod 100–300g – Rod Only

Daiwa Legalis Rod 100–300g in Mauritius

The Daiwa Legalis rod is a spinning jigging rod for vertical boat fishing. This 100–300g version has a blue grip and is sold as a rod only at Rs4,900. Add your own compatible spinning reel, line and terminal tackle to complete your setup.

Designed for vertical jigging

The Legalis jigging range combines a high-modulus carbon blank with a jig-focused action. Fuji guides and a Fuji reel seat support a practical boat-fishing setup, while the EVA grip provides a comfortable handhold when working a jig.

The 100–300g rating refers to the jig weight range. Choose your jig to suit the depth, current and conditions, while staying within the rod’s stated rating. This listing is for the blue-grip Legalis jigging rod shown in the product photo.

Product details

Rod only – reel not included

This product includes the Daiwa Legalis rod only. A reel, braided line, leader, jigs, hooks and other accessories are sold separately. Choose a compatible spinning reel and line to match your fishing style and the complete tackle setup.

Setting up and caring for your rod

Before fishing, check that the reel is secured in the reel seat and that the line runs through every guide. Inspect the guides for damage and check your knots and terminal tackle before lowering a jig.

After a saltwater trip, rinse the rod gently with fresh water and let it dry before storage. Protect the tip and guides during transport, and avoid trapping the blank in a door or under heavy equipment.
